What would you do if your the Network Marketing Co closed it’s doors after you spent all your time and money building a large organization that you thought would be your legacy to your children’s children. This has happened over and over again in this industry and sadly people don’t know about it until it happens and then they have to start over again from scratch.
What would you do? If you have developed strong relationships with your team where they Know, Like and Trust you then you will be blessed because they will be loyal to you. Because they trust your judgement they will follow you to the next company. What is the cost if you haven’t built those relationships? I think you know the answer.
Well, just go out there, take the time to nurture those relationships, build friendships that will last for a lifetime. You will be blessed beyond just securing your future. Whether your Co is around forever or not you will reap the benefits of truly helping your team and being a true leader.
Have with fun with it, just let it happen naturally, be real and authentic, laugh with them and cry with them, share your life stories with them. Stop and listen to what’s on their heart. Find out what matters to them, see where they are at so you can lift them up and empower them. Thus building a value based relationship of Know, Like and Trust.
This is a strategy that I work on daily and I find it very rewarding to know that I’m making a difference in peoples lives all around the world not just for today but for a lifetime.
Bob Berg states in his best seller “Endless Referrals” that “All things being equal, people will do business with, and refer business to, those people they Know, Like and Trust.”
